Thumbs up BB Airshow

good show again , some vintage flyers plus the F18 did a flyby . heres a few of the 3gigs worth

favs were beechcraft, beaver on floats

tiny bit of rain at noon got on my lens , didnt notice till I got home should be able to save them with PS + overcast skys can be a bitch for exposure

it was huge ,I have a super wide angle and I still couldnt fit it in frame.

That's Lucille, I've got a bunch of pics of Icabod
It's an aircrane or "skycrane" and have been owned by a couple different companys. Colson Aircrane uses them as well as Ericson, Evergreen in the U.S. and the U.S. Military has used them. I believe Ericson has the rights to build them at this time but don't quote me.
Ultimate Heavy lift helicopter North America has. 20,000 lbs. lifting cap.

If I had a chopper near by, I'd definately arrange some trips. When I'm working a little closer to home some day we'll set some stuff up.

Iwas hunting in lillioett and had that chopper come in to move some logs off a mountain .... holy loud , all u here is whop whop whop whop
