Death wobble?

My Wife just came in from work and she said that there is a problem with the truck (2005 Dodge 3500 ctd) I said how so she said that the steering just went all crazy one minute it was fine the next it felt like the truck is wobbling all over the place. So i jumped in it drove it up the road and you cannot get over 20kmh without the front end wobbling. I have checked all of the steering linkages and all looks good steering fluid is good as well I am now clueless as to what it could be anybody got any ideas?

Balljoints, steering stabilizer, track bar bushings, control arm bushings, wheel bearings. Lots to check on the front ends of these trucks and with the heavy cummins up front it'll go through ball joints fast.

As I have said I have checked everything jacked up and down and everthing is solid. She was less than 100 yards from our house when it happened it only starts to wobble when you hit 20k then it feels like the front end is about to fall off.

Sounds like there's something definately wrong with your truck, and to start happening at 20km/hr I would say theres something SERIOUSLY wrong...
For it to start at that low of speed I think you must be overlooking someting as I would imagine it would be fairly noticeable if its that bad!
Then again, I'm still chasing down vibrations for the last 2 years so I'm no expert!
How's the steering box?
