He was basically just going up with his street clothes but there are a lot of houses and places to stash himself. The lake is going to be searched tomorrow since he will have turned up if the worse were to happen and he ended up in the water. We will all be at the stave/reservoir trail head tomorrow. The search and rescue team will be there but the more eyes the better. Thanks guys, it's just a matter of time now. The sticky is most appreciated!.

Thanks guys, your support is great. At this point, the search is looking to end without a conclusion. Search and rescue has been very proficient and thorough but it appears that he is not there to be found. We are beginning to suspect that Wes was not the person who brought the truck to the Hayward park so we are focusing on his trip from home to Burnaby since he did not arrive at his 11:30 appointment there. The news have aired his story and will follow up at a later time. His picture is out there and it is really a matter of a little bit of sleuthing and hope. The cell phone is being investigated and we were told that the phone can be investigated in a way that can reconstruct his travel route (or at least the route of the phone). It appears that they can look at previous roaming records and determine which towers the phone has connected to even if the phone is not making a call. Thanks again Guys.

It ends up my wife worked with him, She is very concerned about him, and wishes the family any support she can offer. She told me, that he was a great guy and was very devoted to his work. Very out of Character for him. Hope it all ends up okay.

We still have no information. Things are beginning to focus away from the hills and more on his route from here to Burnaby.
