Anyhoo...all I want is for someone to diagnose the issues and sort them out. I happened to be in the shop at a Suzuki dealership when they had an XL7 (same as exuinox) in there with a rattle in the steering column when going over bumps or on a rough road, he said it was a common issue with that model. Why is the GM dealer not noticing this common problem? I am not trying to bash GM at all I love their full size trucks but I am having some hickups with their service dept. As for the squeaking sound when turning right, it happens every day when I make the first right hand turn after leaving my driveway but they never hear it...maybe you or some of the other GM dealership guys know what this is and can help me out.

Thanks

I can't say they CAN fix it...

I have already talked to our shop foreman and he is 99% sure it is the steering shaft or the Steering gear. As for that clunk he said it could be a number of things. He would have to hear it himself first.

Can you take it to a different GM dealer that is closer than we are? Doesn't matter if it is a GMC or Chev dealer just ask to speak with the shop manager and let him/her know what you have gone through with the "other" dealer and you are just looking for some help (It works believe me). Most warranty shops will do a lot more to earn new business. It is silly but that is just business. Try that route first and if that doesn't or does work let me know.

Ya power train... that only covers about 1200 parts of the 14000 other parts... Unless you bought extended warranty. I'm a firm believer in extended warranty plans. I work on my zuk enough to not want to work on my DD. just my 2cents

Everyone makes a good vehicle in the end. They all have a purpose. Until I build my own I can't say no one has a BAD vehicle. Well... lets not talk about those Chinese cars...
