ANYONE HAVE A CAN AM 800? THOUGHTS?

Looking around at new quads. I had a 04 kawi 700 and loved it but it was kvf not a prairie and dont think they sell them anymore.

Would like to go with as much cc as possible and the can ams look pretty good but dont see many people riding them.

if ya want power go with the artic cat 1000. apperntly its nutty. i do know some one that rides a 800 and a 650. both seem to have a shit load of power but oddly enuf the 800 is lighter all 3 machines use the same motor, my 500 weighs less the 650 but the 650 is heavier than both.blah blah blah

If you want full out arm stretching power, either the Bomb800 or the Tcat1000. I ride with guys who have both, the Tcat pulls a bit harder, but the 800 is very impressive too. The biggest downfall to the Bomb is the visco lock front diff, there's no substitute for a true locking diff.

Check out the new Polaris 850 that thing blows the bomb out of the water. Took one for a ride the other week and I would take that as my next quad over anything else out there powerwise.

They're prone to damage if you don't put the skid plates on them, some guys are putting reinforcement inside the tubular frame but I'd just put the skids on.

Cat's (older for sure) are bad for cracking, my buddies was a mess.

Ya fuck that . For the money the cost I want turn key, not bolt this weld that bullshit.

I knew there was a reason I didnt like them.

As for polaris, me and my bro have had a few and they where always junk. I do like the new polaris rzr though...pretty sick.

In the new yr im going to look at 750 kawi's I guess.
