Starting w/ the exterior of the body first, I figure best to leave it as a runner for as long as I can.
Traded front clips w/ godtool, unfortanately his was used as a tilt front clip (welded and rivited together) so I took it apart and soon it's off to get media blasted
Right now I've been spending my evenings sanding

The plan is to bring the body back, then clean up the frame a repair it where needed and swap in some full width axles (ARB's) and new springs (prob ride on 37 or 40 MTR's), new gauges, new seats, new window glass, new heat and A/C, new

I'm think about 3 years to get it where I want.

I'll post up pics as progress slowly moves forward
