Did anyone ever have someone drive in behind you, and you back over someone elses vehicle in your own driveway? And what was the outcome?

No, but I suspect the one backing up would be at fault unless you can prove the one behind drove into you. A driver of a vehicle is supposed to know the surroundings of the vehicle, so can't see the outcome being very good.

That's the thing I always look around my big rig but they pulled in behind me while I was already backing up and the car is barley wider than my truck and can't see it but was not there when I started to reverse

if it's while backing out of your driveway and u back into someone on the road it's your fault as per ICBC. I did that to someone while backing into my driveway and ICBC told me since I changed the direction of traffic it's 100% my fault. I'm just happy they guy didn't file a claim since I convinced him it's his fault cause I had my turn signle on.

I'd talk to a lawyer, sucks when people around you are stupid drivers. A couple of buddies drive truck and every day they tell me stories of all the idiots on the road.

Reece is right you are not susposed to reverse off of any driveway. You should reverse on and drive out or you will be 100% at fault.

here in Richmond there is a by-law against backing out of your driveway, never heard of it being enforced though

I was backing into a parking spot at a car lot, guy drove in behind me while I was backing up. Put my hitch through his grill. I had 2 halogen 100 watt B/up lights on as well........ 100% my fault.
