LOST GEAR at Hale Creek

I received the following note yesterday morning:

"....I was camping up at Hale Creek this weekend and a friend who I went up with left all my stuff at the campsite (purse, wallet, phone, keys, some clothes and make-up)...."

The individual went up to Hale last evening "....and some campers who were there told me a fisherman took my purse. They said they had seen him up there a couple of times and he seemed like a pretty decent guy. I'm hoping he took the purse with the intention of returning it (there was no money)."

If this is you or you have any information, I have the contact information for the owner of this stuff. Drop me a note and I'll put you in contact.

Thanks!

I'm thinking that the last duffel bag was put down next to the vehicle and was forgotten in the shuffle of getting going and nobody noticed until they unpacked. It can happen to anyone.

I'm sure that whoever picked the stuff up will return it.........
