Dodge d60?

I've got available to me a complete one tonne dodge truck 78 or so its got 60's front and rear I've been told and the price is right (especialy considering its a running driving truck). So I'm contemplating picking this up to upgrade my hd44 in the front of my scout (it came out of a 3/4 tonne dodge of same vintage) but I just put crossover steering in all new TRE's new brakes and went through the hastle of grinding down the new calipers to fit a 15" wheel. so my question is.....
Do all the new parts I put on the 44 front end go on the 60 front end or am I gonna have to spend all that money over again?
Does the d60 have crossover steering or the stupid j arm setup?
the price is right I just dont wanna be throwin money away I've been doin that for years on this truck already

is it a KP D60, should be.

so that means 1 side is machined and drilled for cross over, but the passengers side isn't.

the high steer arms on the D44 will not work with the D60.. complete different design.

Problem is I am in the middle of rebuilding mine now I just ordered my bearings and am waiting till they arrive. And I am still not 100% sure I want full width cause it kinda looks like a heat score and I may have to trim my fenders . I don't really want to do that on this truck.

mine wasnt real wide till I put on the boggers
when it had the 16 inch rims on it with less offset it was barely wider than when I had my swampers and stock axles
