I was just looking at that last night. Seems like a good deal $299 CDN locally or seen it for $290 CDN online and $239 out of some of the US online stores.
I'm ust upgrading to a 1/10th scale from my Mini LST and can't decide between a emaxx 16.8 (for go fast bashing) or going the crawler route for just chillin out and modding it here and there. Or wait for the E-Revo??

Why don't you get the Traxxas Summit? Its basically an E-Revo crawler, it has a 2-speed with 25:1 and 70:1 gearing, and remote locking diffs, its the best of both worlds.

Right on the AX-10 is an awsome chassis to start with
the mods are endless.....

My $0.02
Drop the battery onto the upper front links
Get some losi claws.or any M3 or G8 compound tire.proline memory foam inserts and wrap the front rims with stick on wheel wieghts from the auto parts store.....you'll hit some crasy lines....

And as for the C-10 price asked about above their around $30.oo then you paint cost around $8.oo a can.......
