got my axial back from the shop

just stuck like $500 worth of electronics on it works not bad stock but i want more.. im going to take the shock dampers out in a few minutes, i switched to super soft and i have a rear stear kit going in.. im also going to drill out the screw holes on the front of the axle where the steering arms hit the screw that holds the two halfs of the axle together. and use a INset screw instead. this way the steering arm can get that much closer to the axle and increase the turning ratio just that much more. i would also like to switch out the Links with the bent style links. it will give me a little more ground clearance when rocks fall before or after the chassiz. AANnndd.. i would like to take some body mounts off a TLT or something and have them going straight up off the chassiz instead of to the side that way i dont get hung up on rocks as easy on either side of the body.. And i also have a top secret device im working on to counter the torque steer and axle lift when climbing over obsticles on the driver side of the truck. this way the front passenger side will stay down and it will drive straighter while flexed out.. But its top secret so i cant tell you what im using or how im doing it. Neat huh. just thought id share.

There is no top secret way of getting ride of the torque out...... there is tons of ways to do it..

ps put bent link in the rear not in the front it and move your links inside the chassis i just drilled out the center plate in the chassis.

pics ?...

Great fun these things..

What I have found...
My stock 27 turn motor will do everything a 55T will, plus I can mph over stuff they can't.
My new 85T motor blows goats.
Lower the suspension and weight the tires... let the tires pull the frame over things... keep frame area light.
Suspension, it's pretty much for looks here, softer the better.
Foams? noone I know runs them.. after they see how foamless works, they take theirs out... if foam worked that good, I'd have some in my jeep tires.
Bent links?... smoother the better, mine get stuck on the rod where the rod end meets. being bent near the middle or being bent near the axle has it's pros and cons.
Body? gets in the way, starting with the body mounts.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn't use driveshafts unless I was building a scale crawler.... that frame twisting thing is more than annoying.
My buddies with 4 wheel steering do things I only dream of.
