Kootenay peeps

Redline and myself are planning a BC road trip beginning of Sept. We are heading through the kootenays as part of our trip so I am looking for any ideas on what we should see and places we shouldn't go.

We will be driving the dodge and pulling a travel trailer (so some places limited on where we can go) and possibly will have a quad with us. We plan to do some hiking, fishing...........

Any ideas would be helpful cuz I don't know that area that well

Um yah, the Kootenays suck. Nothing to see here, nothing at all.

Let me know where/when you are heading through. I will try to suggest the best spots that I know of, at least in the lower West Kootenay. I think I know of 1 or 2 good quad trails.

Yeah from your pictures it really doesn't look nice there at all, I don't know what were thinking

I'll PM you once we have sorted out a couple details.

You'll have fun up here, almost like a giant playground. Don't know it too well and will be back in vancouver for the summer but I wish I could stay up in the kootenays to do more exploring.
