Houses 4 SALE?? cariboo

lookin to buy around quesnel, billys puddle, 1oomile, WHY. lookin around 2oo gs or less. already approved

need 2+ bedrooms, atleast 3/4 acre, preferably more. house not mobile preferred. already been through MLS just seein if theres any local knowledge.

Yup, that area is one of the few with reasonable house prices. Must be a reason for it! If I was single and wanted to relocate, I'd definitely be looking in that area.

I think I found the perfect place, affordable, has rental income and the best feature, a 24X50 shop with what looks like at least 16' ceilings!

Livin on the highway!

I regognize that place !! Its right near Austrailian, just south of Kersley. Shitty thing though, Its right on HWY 97. I'm not sure about water/Gas, but I could find out. I'll be driving by it on Thursday!!

I drive by there alot ,for work, and I've always wondered How much shit has been stolen for there . I f i remember correctly the house is on an old section of highway. Would prolly be nice if you planted some privicy in the front yard. Or just piles if cars and other junk!

fell in love with that place few weeks ago, its a duplex. but the water system is all fucked up. x grow. needs work. i think i got it narrowed down, cant wait to get away from the city, AND NO MORE LANDLOARDS AND IM ONLY 21!!!

interesting listing - fireplace and basement: unknown ??? wtf is up with that? hasn't the realtor been through the place?

I recognize it too. always wondered what would make someone build in that location

Property value in 100 mile is steadily climbing. My place increased in value 30 thousand from last year. Lots still for sale here and reasonable too.

Average assesment increase of 45% in 100 Mile, my place went up like 77 grand this year.

It's surprising what looks like a steal on MLS compared to it in person. Seen lots of house online that looked great, turned out they were POS when we looked at them. Must have went through 3 dozen houses before buying this one.

prolly better off punk, place south of Quesnel looked kinda run down. I saw a monte carlo on a 1 ton 4x4 chassis out front on thursday! Maybye the old tennants? LacLaHasche is quite nice , Good luck in your search!!
