The most awesome Christmas tree farm off Prest Rd in Chilliwack!

Drive south along Prest Rd and when the Prest ends and Tesky Rd starts, make a slight right along the road and see the Christmas tree signs.

Quite right actually..

http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/dsq/OpPlanning/XTreepermit.pdf

This is the one for Squamish, not sure if there's anything 'legal' closer.

so let's make sure I have this straight -

you could go to a hydro power line and cut down a tree and without that piece of paper you are illegal.
but if you print out that piece of paper and go cut the same tree you are legal?
bearing in mind that the very same tree will likely be cut down by hydro before it gets too big anyway.....

somebody in our government has tooooooo much time on their hands.....
