Yamaha 660 to 700??

I have narrowed my search down to these two quads. I would either be looking at the 660 or the 700 with the power assist steering. Does anyone know of someone that has ridden the 700 and the 660? Any feedback?

there was a test on Quad tv not to long ago on it and they gave it a big thumbs up , said the steering fantastick and a bunch of other good stuff . you might be able to find the show somewhere on line or a rerun somewhere

apperntly the 700 fuel injection can be sketchy since its so new same with power stearing... its the first year with the 700 that i know of so they are still tryign to figure all the pros and cons out of it... we have never had any problems on the 660 grizzly though

I agree. when you borrow someones equipment you very often only see the positives(power, how it rides etc) and not the maintainance and other stuff.

I would look into the 700. Power assist would be a huuuuge asset. A day of trail riding is hard on ya.

Fuel injection would be a big plus too with high elevation.

i love my 660 but am, also interested in trying the 700 just because it has the power steering and i think it'll be quite helpful when you have the diff lock engaged. unless you got some big gorrilla type arms its a bitch to turn when the diffs are locked. LOL
