Hard to do with independent suspention, but can be done! , thats pretty old school with the belt drive?? havnt seen that before?, if its a standard hex wheel mount just go grab some bigger tires from a hobby store and see if the drive train can handle it before you build a frame!!! (also you can look online all day a probably not find a nitro powered crawler, but with some bigger meats on that thing you should be able to rip up a dirt track ect..

wow thats an old ofna!!
I used to have an Ofna Pirate 10 great car!
There was a kit available for it that they called a Super 10 it gave you much larger knuckles and longer A-arms as well as better shafts some of that may have been able to adapt to yours this would allow for much larger tires more like what you would find on an 10th scale buggy or truck.
Appollo hobies used to stock the parts to do it they might still have them but what you got in your hands is over ten years old

I doubt 62 mph
but we all thought our first nitro ones went that fast

and I was bein nice bout the 10 year mark not just the belt drive ages it but the head design shows its age to ya gotta run a fairly rich mixture to keep a motor like that from overheating with limits your rpms considerably that motor probably peaks ot at about 16000 rpm compared to new style ones that can almost double that.
even the sizes of the engines have gone up considerably from your 1.3 cubic inches to over 3.0 in some of the 8th scale ones and they make as much as 3 hp
