calmini carb problems...

I ordered a carb from calmini and got it all hooked up the other day. It started and ran pretty good right away. But when i shut it off its got a gas leak. It leaks between the middle plate and the carb(it leaks on the left side on the front of the carb where the stud is), like its not sealing properly. Anyone else have this problem or know whats wrong?

was one of the gaskets you put in perhaps the wrong type of gasket, or ripped? perhaps there is a casting flaw in the carb?

well i took it all apart and im gonna cut some new gaskets and see how that works. If it still leaks i'll try some gasket goo aswell. I called down to calmini and they gave me the number for EMPI so im gonna give them a call and see if they know whats up.
