Whats the Diff?

I just bought a 89 Tracker.
Whats the diffrence between a Geo and a Tracker?
Mine has a Chev emblem on the front.
What is it?
I saw another one today that said "Geo" on the front?
Whats up with that?
What do you call them when they are GMC's?

No difference, just the grill, bumper and hoods are slightly different.

Its a Chevy Tracker

Thats a Geo Tracker

They are just different grills put on the same suzuki truck.

Its a GMC Tracker

yea, the asuna sun runner, pontiac tracker, gm, chev tracker, and the suzuki sidekick. ALL the same parts within their year splits.

89's are early models, 1.6 8v's in teh 2 doors till 96. 94 for the 4 doors, then it's all 16v.

99.9% interchangable. A friend had an Asuna sunrunner and got tired of asking for Asuna parts and just called it a Tracker or Sidekick when she order parts to skip the step of explaining what else it was badged as to the parts guy. Well she eventually managed to find something different with it.

And I unfortunately can't remember what it was! Argh! At any rate there is at least one minor difference.
