Lodestone's west of Princeton. Paved road from Princeton to Coalmont, and then gravel logging/fire roads from there. See map for general area:

July long might work - we were planning a whipsaw trip that weekend I believe (can't remember if it was that weekend or the august long). But maybe we can work something out.

Is loadstone near coalmont? Whipsaw is there too..

We'll definitely have to get out there this year, I got scared it wasn't gonna be there this summer with those fires.

it could always be planned on a normal (2 day) weekend

I read in a post in this thread saying there could still be snow as late as May.......maybe a summer month would be best

Yessiree! Not but a good dirtbike ride between them!
Gotta remember that the road is active with Tolko logging and coal trucks. You don't want to meet one of those on their way down!
