sweet lookin buggy that will be huge looks pre runner...

phil check your proportioning valve..
u could be supplying to much psi to the rear wheels..

or your brakes just do not set up right to keep the cups in place...

It's got no proportioning valve just master to the rears so I think I need one since it's only running rear brakes and I just got my throw out bearing today so motors goin in this week

Just wanted to say hello..as this is my first post on funinbc

the blue baja bug pictured at the top of the page is mine..

It is hiding out in Maple Ridge at the moment..been built and rebuilt..and being built once again (the top pic is recent)

it will look basicly like it does there when complete..other than new paint..and some fenders..

its a cromo main cage (around driver) and the rest is mild steel..front end has been moved 5" forward and runs a 8" wider beam with 4 x 2 1/4" longer/wider arms on 3" raised combo spindles....rear end has 6"longer by 4"wider Cro mo A-arms

lots of other tricks 2..and of course..baby boggers.. my buddy has the green machine baja bug pictured in the forum..he beats the liven sh!t outa that thing..its a killin machine!

im down for a baja day 4 sure..just gotta get mine done first!

well.. UFC and time.. talk to you all later.

Cale

What do ya meen switched the lines?
Does your buggy only run rear brakes too? Cus if I can figure this brake problem out and don`t need the prop valve then I can return it

The car is being built as a multi pourpose racer really..

i went with bush bashing stuff like mega ground clearance and boggers..
but race quality brakes and suspension..

really i think if i traded the fox air's in for some coil overs it would be a great desert racer...word on the street is that the fox airs dont like mega heat for long periods of time..they go soft...

But seeing as i will be racing it with some super light weight buggys around a super tight closed course..we (everyone that has helped me with the car and myself) decided to save the weight and go with the 2.5 fox airs in the back and 2.0s in the front..less weight and i have the option to set my car at any ride hight from 24" clearance to 3" clearance with some nitrogen

i will be giving a shot at racing in the korrbc unlimited buggy class..i think it will be a good time..race against some really fast cars that are more suited to the type of racing they are doing..but it should be fun..and if its not fun..im turboing the motor and callin it a play car (cant have forced induction in buggy racing)

its first voyage will be out at stave..thats for sure..just need to put a locker in the tranny and it could be a mud drag car as well
