Yes I heard rumer of AirCare gettin the boot sometime soon. But I figured it was just that... a rumer.

Question though. I have an engine out of a different vehical in my truck. The entire swap was by the book, full cat, evap, etc... I heard that vehicals like this they dont even test, they just automaticly fail them. Is this the case, or am I able to get my truck legally AirCared.

I only ask cuz I am pondering on moving down to that neck of the woods soon for work.

Air care aint such a bad thing. My bronco passes all the time now....OH Wait I don't have to air care my 71, 1 ton early bronco, truck any more......
Got to love loop-holes in the system...And the dude that originally regestered my bronco as a truck...

thats a big rumor... I talked to a guy who imports cars from japan, the reason they dont drive older cars over there is because once a vehicle hits a certain age (cant remember the exact age, beleive its 10 years old) they have to go through a thurough inspection, and the base cost on that is approx $2000 CAD plus whatever else needs to be fixed, and there is a long wait on that.... so they avoid the hassle of doing this and purchase new cars.
