where's the first pic taken? hike in? I'm interested!

and the snowboard pic, I'm curious how you take the multiple snaps on one frame? I've done burst shots and then photoshopped them together, but there must be some technique I'm missing?

great shots.

Wow, I can't believe the amount of responses already! Your forum is kickin!

The first photo is of Wedgemount Lake near Whistler. A great hike posted by Patrick Hui on our forum just yesterday. Here is a link to the post and info about the hike:
http://www.whistleroutfitters.com/fo...opic.php?t=370

I put together the WO site over the last few years. I love the outdoors in Sea to Sky and BC so much that I work hard to promote it as much as I can. Thanks for the compliments.

I am not sure exactly how the snowboarder photo with multiple frames was accomplished but I know the photographer has a beefy camera with a super fast speed.

Cheers,
John

Hey John! Welcome to the site, nice to see that more people from Whistler are getting involved here!

By the way I love pic # 3! That is an awesome action shot! When was it taken? If it was in June, I'd put it up for pic of the month!

nice, I had already checked out that trip report on your site by the time you had responded, heheh.. . pretty good day hike!

and yeah, this forum is always rockin' with the outdoor adventures, although most here like to do it from the comfort of their vehicles.
