fuel injection

Im looking at building a 460 stroker and I want fuel injection,and was looking into doing multie port but I want to know is can I use the painless 5.0 wiring and a custom computer or do I have to get some custom wiring done for it any help would be grate.

I did up a 440 Mopar and used that Holley Pro-jection it worked like a hot dam.This was put in a boat that got bounced around more than our 4 wheelers do.Never a miss or trouble. It was simple to install and tune in .Well worth the coin.
