I was up past Prince George once into Dawson Creek with my dad when I was a teenager , we were in his semi and all I remember of there are is lots of trees and a bear charging out of the bush and hitting into the semi not a good feeling but I'm sure there is probably alot of good roads up there , it would be nice to see some pictures of up north also on this site

I worked between Dawson Ck and Peace River when I was 18 on an exploratory drilling rig, all I remember is it's DAMN flat! And lots of mud!!!! It rained so hard one day, we had to winch the Naudwell (spelling?) up the hill (what they had for hills!), for a good 1500'! Unfortunately, I was the helper, so got to pull the cable from tree to tree. Still, a good work experience, and at least I got to beat on a 1 ton Chevy 4x4 dually with a 454!!!
