Redneck Yankee Boggin

Went across the line Sunday to watch a little redneck mudboggin. It was supposed to be just a few big toys for an intermission show at the dirt stock car races, but a bunch of guys showed up to run with their stockers. I've got a couple of short clips I took on a real cheap camera if anyone wants, I can send to them. The video is really shitty, but the audio kicks ass! My buddies rail with a 502 on nitrous singing at around 8000rpm through the pit!

This rail had a 421 small block stroker, hung with my buddies 502 on NOS!

All these trucks had 44's and I believe all running big blocks!

Blown alcohol big block! 2.5 seconds through 150 of mud!

One of the locals, apparently an original stepside Toyota! Never seen one myself. It was also on 44's!

Sweet Chevy with a 454 and 2.5 ton Rockwells! He could almost lift the front tires on the hardpack when he booted it!

A shitty pic, but gives you an idea of what the local trucks looked like.

A cool Toyota with a big block external cage and 44's!

Place is called Northport, it's about 2 hours north of Spokane, or about 1/2 hour south of us in Trail. Pretty much a hick town with gas stations and bars being the only commercial business' on the main drag! We spent many a drunken weekend there when I was younger!
