1993 ford f150 help

hey guys was wondering if I can get some help from you ford guys.

I have a ford f150 that while under load hesitates and sputters after it warms up. it idles fine but when I pull away from a stop sign or if I need to step on the gas it sputters.

it's motor is a straight 6 efi and I have changed the fuel filter and O2 sensor and I am at a lose. it's not throwing a check engine light and there are no codes coming up.

if you start it cold and drive it the truck runs great and drives normal for about 10-15 minutes then all of a sudden it starts hesitating. if I stop the truck it idles fine and RPM's are normal but driving it hesitates and sputters

any idea what I might look for???? or any ford mechanics willing to have a look at it???

thanks in advance

Hesitating under load can be an ignition issue. Check condition of plugs wires cap and rotor then go from there.

Oh. Just saw this post was from July...
