Can someone post a link for me , I am curious on the legalities of doors on rigs . I wanna know if tube doors are still legal on the road ? Since I cannot legally drive without my doors on my cruiser . Maybe someone knows ? Thanx

Pretty sure you have to run the doors that came with the truck.

Im glad I don't have to run doors on mine. Or have the front window up

Tube doors are not legal but yet soft doors are a piece of plastic wrapped over
Some 1/4 inch round stock sounds way safer than tube doors don't it
And I have run my cruiser around without doors and windshield down to honky

I have done it in my samurai. then I got pulled over... riot act.

only vehicles that legally can drive around with NO doors is a Jeep CJ-Whatever. It had to be an option from factory. Windows down is only Jeep as well, but we could probably argue with samurais as they have the ability to. Didnt wanna get into it as my truck was under a VI when I got pulled over

With that being said, the cop did tell me if I ran tube doors it was legal, as long as I had something hinged and a bar going across.

If you have the windshield down you have to have goggles or some shit though.
Tube doors are not legal, they released a memo clarifying this last year.
If your vehicle was sold with doors, it must have doors. Some of the CJs came with no doors and technically they are they only ones who can run doorless as CVSE or police can demand you prove yours came with no doors.
