there is a couple places that will tune those computers, but for what its worth go get a junkyard 5.3. you will make more power NA then the tbi with the turbo for the money you will spend.

A 5.3 or 4.8 over a 6 litre for boost or at least till you get tune figured out
Cost and availability the factor
A tbi setup is pretty limited on the power it will support
Only two injectors to supply fuel assuming talking about a stock tbi
A tpi at least had 8 injectors but has one of the harder to work with computers
When you get into a ls style motor
lots of people to send computer to for a mail order tune
Or step up to a stand alone computer
I'm going to be using a Holley hp efi on my turbo 5.3
Google sloppy mechanics he has some great info on doing boosted ls motors on the cheap and he makes some decent power

Will need to retard timing with boost

http://www.msdignition.com/Products/...Con trol.aspx

May need to add another injector to get enough fuel depending how much boost you run, or find a higher flowing injector(s) for the TBI.

This is buddy's twin turbo lt1 now a 383 image.jpg
The learning curve was steep and costly on this one
1 motor 4 sets of pistons and rings
having to rebuild turbos because shrapnel from Pistons went through them
Motor was because stock motor and not enough ring gap for boosted motor
The Pistons where fuel delivery issues and computer tune
Now has 42 lb hr injectors 3 bar map sensor
Rising rate fuel press regulator adds a lb fuel press for every lb boost
Added a wide band afr gage
Think the guy that tuned it charged 1200 bucks
Honestly that was money well spent car runs great now
Pulls like the 650 horse big block in my wagon
And dosnt blow up if you beat on it
