I've just about had it with POS smoker....or should I say warmer. The hotest it has got to was 208F I don't open the door I pre warmed everything before going in and it'd not even close to being done.

At this point I should be taking the ribs out of the foil and lathering up with bbq sauce for the last hour. The meat is not even close to pulling back on the bone.

I'll give it another hour then a big fucking hammer is going to be used on this thing.

Yeah cooking. ...no warming ...and the meat has not pulled back on the bone....going to give it 40 more min the call it done....or as done as its going to be

yea that sucks. alot of store bought smokers have issues with heat. i never could get my lil chief up to 225. heard good things about the bradley digitals. but building your own is the way to go.

built a box out of foam insulation around a buddys smoke. end of problem......get a propane smoker or from the sounds of your place build a wood fire oven.

8.5 hours later and here is what's left of them. The blanket and wood stove helped get the heat up
