why I was thinking the rad sealer is there is some that comes in a bottle
with a liquid that smells sort of like diesel
clean the cooling system and see if it comes back

I may be wrong but I think the 7.3's need their coolant to have Diesel Coolant Additive in it to help prevent cavitation to the cylinder liners. Something to keep in mind if you end up flushing the system.

See what codes it has too.

My 02 powerstroke has the same exact shit in the resiviour , red shit looks like rust , I flushed the cooling system it's still there , there is an additive you put in the cooling systems of these trucks I guess that's what causes this to happen

If its oil, where did it come from?
Engine oil hasn't changed.

Could it be diesel getting in there from somewhere?
Truck smells like raw diesel when you get in it.
