Lots of water out there. stay frosty around creeks and keep an eye out for wash outs.

According to what I've heard and what was posted during the search, "he was not in a good state of mind" when he set out there. No details are being given about exactly what happened. Kim reeves said something along the lines of "what happened was the most senseless possible thing that could have happened"

it was pretty much made clear that if someone had spotted him or his 4runner, not to approach. Turn around and call police with exact location asap.

That's all of the info I'm going to give.
