not necessarily...I found with a front locker it decreased my wheel spin . ...which in turn decreased my breakage...

without locker and 33s I broke cpl ujoints...after 4 years with 36s and Aussie no breaks...knock on wood

it's a front, rear goes in next payday, maybe . I'm not a skinny pedal wheeler as you can tell by my videos so I should be ok, I just want more traction for rock crawling. Should make eagle a little easier plus i'd like to re-run Grotto and try my hand at harder trails like Hamburger hill and tree rock.

This is my style of wheeling, this is where I'm the happiest, completely flexed out on Eagle Ridge and still rolling!! all 4 still on the ground!! looking forward to trying this locked.

d35? I can see that diff spitting out shafts if locked...but not a locked D30 (especially HP30) if you are not skinny pedal crazy

don't run the front till you do the rear
all the load is on the front diff and its the weaker diff
it will blow up
seem to remember telling someone else the same thing
and they had to replace axles gears and air locker

Me Doug and Jeff are running a Aussies in the front and welded in the rear for years now blown a few front shafts just keep your wheels strait if you can. I have to finally put my 8.8 in rear seals and bearing are going in the d35.
