Need more lift..

I have a spring over in my trailer which gave me about 4 inches of lift, but I am needing more. Mabye 2 inches minimum. Would I be better putting blocks in? or more leafs, change drop brackets etc.

fabricate a sub frame and drop the hangers lower. can you fit larger tires as it is for more clearance?
