ya it would probably turn out soggy. (like our pizza at home) Nothing beats real pizza.

What i meant to say is home made pizza in the oven is never as good as pizza from a restaurant.

Mine turns out pretty good. I have a stone i put in the oven and have it preheated to 450 then put the pie o the stone. Comes out with a nice crisp without burni g it.

I wonder if one of those 2ft by 2ft bbq lava stones the (square one) would work well for pizza.
When i get more lump charcoal i think i will try it on the big green egg type bbq for pizza. It should work the same. Only one way to find out.

Pampered Chef sells those pizza stones and they work great we have a couple and the crust turns out great

Why would I lug my pizza oven around camping, u could just throw it in the oven in your 250,000 dollar rv, another waste of money IMO,
