Have to change the water pump in my 92 yj 6cyl

Seems pretty straightforward any tips or tricks I should know ??????

it's pretty much as straight forward as it looks. Pull the air filter box right out if it doesn't have a cold air intake on it, gives you more room to work. Undo the fan/pulley bolts before you loosen the belt, make sure they are good and tight when finished the job. You don't want the fan coming loose and taking out the rad . When refilling the rad I will pull off the upper heater hose at the thermostat housing it will let all the air out of the engine and let the coolant fill quicker, just keep an eye on the outlet and quickly push the hose back on when coolant starts to come out then finish filling the rad.
