Need help / ideas what to do

Hey i just bought this ranger custom. I knew the front end was like this when i bought it. The guy put in way to long of springs too. I am open to ideas on what you would do to fix this. Also if anyone has a shop and know what they are doing and is willing to help me out, i will pay them. I want to move this front leaf mount back because its sticking out way to much. I was going to get a smaller shackle and try to find a shorter leaf

Do shackles through the frame, it'll let you decide where to put the shackle and keep the leafs.
That front hanger doesn't seem terribly sturdy either.

Yea the pictures are pretty bad dont show much ill take more tomorrow morning. Its a dana 35 in the front with 4:10 gears. Its got a dana 30 in the back with 3:73, havnt matched them yet. Its got bilstein 5150 all around 12" travel in the front 14" in the back. On 33 mud terrains
Yea that hanger is going to need to be redone as well
If i keep the leafs wont and do the shackles through the frame, wont the front leaf mounts still be sticking out to far? If i hit something i will be hitting the mounts

the springs being long is good just the mounting of them is hack some one would need to take a good look at it to figure out the proper fix. its not so simple with a leaf front to just carelessly move stuff around

I want shorter springs so that i dont have to change as much, they have 58" springs. If i got say 53" springs and i cut that shackle so the leaf goes in that middle hole i will only have to change the front mount. Then it wont be sticking out as far either

The big thing is what else is Fabed like that
And with springs you need to also keep in mind what the measurement
From spring eye to center pin as well
The springs in it are posibly explorer or f150 rears

Your exactly right on that one, they are f150 rears. I guess i could of said that, just took couple of hoots
Are all the springs in all f150s the same? if not these are 2.5" wide and im not sure what measurement from the spring eye to centre pin is
