What is going to make it very difficult for the owner of that vehicle is the sad fact that since 2004 dodge has been selling those trucks with a key enabled interlock. Don't have the right key the truck won't run.

the guy that got that truck either had a key or is very good at what he does...

Did anyone else notice the extra electronics on the dash and glove box area? Looks like it was some sort of work truck or even a cop truck. Never knew the police to have dodges though.

Look in to dodge, front fenders and bumper are such cheap steal they melted away, some have fiberglass front ends , seats look like they burnt completely , dodge and ford also are very easy targets for thieves , but all fords and dodges have scannable body panels, which means if you have hot parts on your 2007 and up dodge or ford Icbc has a scanner that they can scan your body panels with and they come up stolen if stolen , pretty crazy shit
