I believe to register it as a truck you need to put up a wall and take out the back seats.

January 2014 it goes by by. to get territory z now you have to jump through a bunch of hoops. to raise to 5001 lbs it must be registered as a truck and better if its at least a 3/4 ton

I have done this before. It will get you on the road and it is just that easy.

However,

If you get in an accident anywhere other than around 100 mile house ICBC may pull out their long and hard, dip it in sand then start fucking you.

They may call friends, relatives, work mates, etc. to get the truth.
They will check police records to find out where you were getting your fines, tickets, or when you passed through road blocks.

Good luck play the game
