Why body lift? Can u get away with a 1" body lift? We put a 1" in the cj so that we could tuck the skid plates up as high as possible, quadratech makes a sweet body lift/mount in one

Do every thing you can to remove the salt
the cars from California are rust free because its dry
But any of the cars that spent life near the ocean are full of salt residue
From the air
Buddy bought a mint original paint hurst olds one of the mid 80s ones with the lightening rods shifter
He daily drove it within a year it was blistering
In three years it wasn't save able never seen anything like it
Looked like it was from back east all its life.
Sad thing was he is so anal about his cars it was always washed and waxed
And still sits in his carport washed once a month and its not drivable
And don't body lift it please
Worst thing I did to my 71

Hay guys I know body lifts suck!! and I won't be installing it if the suspension lift and new body bushings with cut fenders gives me enough clearance for the 35's

As for the salt issue this bronco has been in New Westminster since 1991 so shouldn't be an issue.

As for the three speed I don't want to keep it, I want to swap in a auto but will see not a priority as of yet.
