Question 1997 chev Tahoe.

Looking at a 1997 4 door 4x4 Tahoe.
It has 200000 miles, vortec 350 full load leather.

Just as a summer family vacation SUV.

It's $1300.

Any concerns with theses ?
Comments ??

Thanks. Dirka Allah.

Nothing you can't fix. They have some bunk plugs and gauges. Fuel pump, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. But at 200,000 those last 3 have probably been done anyways.

Fuel pumps like to go often, try not to drive it too often with 1/4 tank or less, only use ac delco plugs! Only use delco for anything on it actually. And the little poppet injectors on these dont like shitty fuel. Other than that my 350 vortec has 406xxx kms and doesnt burn or leak a drop and has awesome oil pressure.

Checked it out yesterday.

$1100. Needs a fuel pump. I think they are about $200.

Interior is a bit worn, but full load.

You can buy just the pump off eBay for like $75 or you can buy just the pump for like $200-$300 here. It's your call.
