Yea it was moving up fast and still a little bit of snow left in the Mnts and still warm out...I wonder if we have a dry winter how screwed we will be for 2014 water wise..?

Thats crazy, was just there Monday. It's kinda scary when the bouys are barely above the water.

Took a big chunk off my prop Monday, first trip out, first prop repair

The rumor I have heard is that BCHydro has a big crane on the upstream side of Hayward Dam so they are having issues dumping water out of Stave without swamping it.
I drove past Hayward today and it doesn't look like they are moving the crane so who knows; but that said the water is almost breaching the road between 2nd and 3rd so they can't let it come up much more.
Hey Hoser, how far off the front steps of the cabins is it? Is there still room for it to come up?

Hey Hoser, how far off the front steps of the cabins is it? Is there still room for it to come up?
The water would have to come up quite avbit more before the cabins were in danger..
