Tracker body lift question

I'm gunna throw a 2 inch body lift into a freinds 4 door 5 speed tracker do I gotta extend the linkage or anything ? Any tips that will make it Easyer that any one has experienced?

extend the shifters and while doing the lift loosen the steering linkage but you don't have too extend that also drivers side break line has to be removed from holder that's all I think lube nuts lots as they might be rusted
