XJ door locks

So I need new door locks for my cherokee and went to lordco and they don't carry them... They gave me a DLK81 Lockset which has this 5" rod attached to it I think it's for a wagoneer or something....

Basically lordco and b&j don't carry them to their knowledge and most the locksmiths I called don't do automotive... Stealership also can't give me new keys per my VIN cause they do 91' and up and I have a 90'

Ideas? Maybe someone has done this before and has a part number?
