91 xj imobilizer problem

So I set the imobilizer off in my xj lights horn ect went off I've got the alarm modular disconnected and the security system isnt flashing any more but it still won't run it fires for a second then sputters out and i get a clicking sound behind the dash the fuel pump seems to be kicking in when you turn the ignition on I've disconnected the battery over night ect. If any one has ever had this problem befor or knows how to get it going I got a case of beer for ya I need to get it running ASAP this is my dd

It's got a ignition interrupt circuit you have to trace the wires
From the alarm there should be two wires spliced into a cut wire in
The factory harness splice the wire back together truck should run
Or try plugging the box back in
