Tire Prices

So one thing I've noticed after leaving the automotive trade is that tires are f'kn expensive! Never paid more then $200/tire working in shops but no good connections anymore. Want to put 33's on the 3500 and looking at $350+/tire. Might be driving across the line if I can't find a deal up here! And noticing not too many 10 ply in a 285/70r17, lots in the stock 265 but want to go up 1 size and still have the load rating.
