Trans is different Buick olds Cadillac bell housing and converter is a low stall
And the differentials will have tall gears great on hiway
You will need to change engine to frame mounts
the holes will be in cross member
Not sure on making gages work
Think on the gas ones all the gages are ran by the Ecu
Did a carb bb into buddy's oneton never got the speedo to work

skyjacker is right,my buddy did a 6.2 to a 350.The only thing he did was drain the diesel an put gas in,also changed the throttle cable.
other then that it bolted right up an he was all set.

it was a 6.2 with th400,now its a 350 with a th400.
