i like electric because i can run just about any time and any where , and with the brushless motors they have now ive seen traxxas dive into a pool and drive away

Go with electric. Way better than nitro. Everyone i know with nitro say they are sooo finicky. All the races i have been too where guys have both while we who run electric are chillin/watchin the nitro guys are constantly tuning and what not trying to keep there rc's running. Electric have come along ways and ive seen them beat out nitros numerous of times. Not saying that electric will have problems wich they will like all things. But electric is the way to go these days. By far.

Only because it runs out of fuel doesn't do anything to it

It runs the motor lean. It will burn out a motor if its rolled enough

i have a tmax nitro and a emax the tmax is a absolute rush wheelies at will
and realy fast
the e max isnt as fast but i use it more easier to deal with and cheeper to run
my scx 10 gets the most use but its a crawler and not very fast
also dosnt break as many parts
its a mostly stock ready to run with a lipo batt
love my nitros but the electrics are the way to go

I got the traxxas slash 4x4, with 3S lipo. It's plenty fast.. with a few gearing changes which are cheap it'll do 70-80mph pretty easily. But I want to slow it down, tbh. Grabbed two 5000mah batteries, which last me about 30 min each, and with a 1 hour charger downtime is minimal.
