6.0ltr. Yj build

Gettin some room for the new shoes. Today the rear 4 link gets installed. So much grinding. Glad thats done for sure. Wasnt sure on the tire size. More building thought was needed to fit them. Back to building.

I think that rear truss is too tall unless you are cutting the rear floor out.
side view has the truss touching the floor and my truss is quite a bit shorter then yours

As it sits at ride height there is 5 1/2 inches to the bottom of the floor. The tank x member is going to be removed. The height of the upper links is at minimum center to center with the lower links.

what are you doing in the front? I had to push the axle up under the rad to get the tri4 to fit around the crankshaft damper.

looks like you still have the fun part of trying to fit the rear coilovers in the small space
I found a bit of rust in the frame so used that as excuse to backhalf it

The 6.0ltr has a very shallow oil pan at the front. This gives me a bit more clearance. Looks like I will have the HP D60 approx centered under the front crank pulley. Right now the main problem that stands out is the exhaust outlet running into the drive shaft. Can you say custom header? Heres some pics of diff clearance at full stuff.

I used an 88 d60f to get the pinion further from the engine, less room for links on the DS but its a trade off
one of my goals was 'low' without going excessive.
yj's are pretty easy to play around with and cheap. all you have to do is throw away everything but the frame and tub
