93 yj transfer case

I ok i will try and explain the issue i am having.

It started a few weeks ago i was having trouble engaing 4x4 . So i did the obvious check out all vacuum lines and the actuator and vacuum control switch on transfer case every thing seems to be working fine. When i put the jeep into 4 lo or 4 hi the front axel locks like it is suppose to but the transfer case dose not spin the drive shaft. I have checked the chain is still in place every thing seems to be in working order. It has me stumped
maybe it is the shift fork or something i dont know so if any one has any ideas or has had this issue before let me know

Or if someone has a transfer case that will fit i can just replace it let me no what you would want for it

U sure it's ingaging all the way? Engage from inside then go underneath it with a wrench and see if it's actually ingaging all the way! U might just need to adjust your linkage

Really??? It's a np231 and for the most part they are bulletproof (minus the slip yoke). Remove linkage, engage by hand. Easy breezy! Had a similar problem was mounts and linkage.

well today i tried to shift transfer case by hand it didnt make any difference still not engaging front drive shaft. I also installed a vacuum canister and still know luck.
The axel seems to be locked in when i spin the front drive shaft the front wheels turn. the transfer case go's into low range but still no movement on the drive shaft.
