chopin,cuttin and rebuildn my 2000 f150 into my ultimate family wheeler.........

well my 2000 f150 has seen some good times....
and been a great truck....
bought it new in 2000 from the dealer...
..

built engine
built trans
locked rear
locked front(tru trak)
315 75 16 tires
etc etc etc.
.
.
.
but its a lil cramped for the new family.....

.
.
.the toy is good for only 2 people....
..
.
the bronco is to loud n unsafe for the kid.....

the hotrod lincoln isnt a good daily..
and i cant go to stave in the caprice with the family....

i looked for 4runners... and couldnt find anything i liked.....

so what i want to do is put an extra cab 3door on my singlecab short box frame....


and cut my box down so ill have a factory lookin shorty extracab....

then comes diff swappin.....

and 38s.

.but first the cab swap n box cutting....
.
i looked for cabs but didnt find any i liked ..
so I bought a whole runnin drivin truck



a 1998 ford f150 2wd lariat xlt...

. its got every option but leather)((dont want leather anyways)

Almost did the same to couple chevs I had. Was going to wind up with a 5'2" box. Keep the pics comin.

for the canopy cutting it from the front and just sliding the side glass back....
then fiberglass the front back on....will look factory.... .
